Ahwisgvsgo'i (one is always planting) must be
complemented by Ganohilidoho'i (one is always hunting). Such were the
roles set by Kanati and Selu in the ancient times. Though these
statues were from the Etowah mound in Georgia and may or may not be
Cherokee in origin, they remind me of this balance.
